Responsibilities

  • Assist surgeons and medical staff during cardiovascular surgeries.
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room for procedures.
  • Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and functioning properly.
  • Monitor patient vitals and assist in patient care during surgery.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
  • Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a CVOR Technologist is required.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and equipment.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to different healthcare environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous travel experience is strongly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in CVOR technology or related field.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Bilingual skills may be beneficial.
