About the position

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a position in Portland, Oregon. This role is designed for Allied Health Professionals specializing in Cath Lab technology. The position is set to start as soon as possible and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts during the night, specifically from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This travel job offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing essential services in the Cath Lab. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in various procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of care. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality imaging services and support the overall mission of the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures in the Cath Lab.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel schedule.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures.
