About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Product Owner to join the Development Enablement organization within the Chief Technology Office (CTO). This role is pivotal in owning and driving the developer experience (DevEx) platform, which serves over 25,000 developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving the DevEx platform in line with current technology trends and providing modern development frameworks and tools. As a Technology Product Owner, you will act as an advisor to senior leadership, helping to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals that address highly complex business and technical needs within the digital environment. In this position, you will lead the strategy and resolution of unique challenges that require in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise. You will be tasked with delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that necessitate vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. Your role will involve coordinating complex activities and providing guidance to others, ensuring that the vision and direction for implementing significant digital business plans and initiatives are clear and impactful. You will engage strategically with professionals and managers at all levels across the enterprise, serving as an expert advisor to leadership. This position requires a strong background in digital product management, Agile practices, and application architecture, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior executive leadership. The role has an in-office expectation and is not eligible for remote work, with travel expectations of up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the developer experience (DevEx) platform for over 25,000 developers.
• Act as an advisor to senior leadership on digital products and initiatives.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges across the enterprise.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision and creativity.
• Coordinate complex activities and provide guidance to others.
• Provide vision and expertise on implementing significant digital business plans and initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
• 4+ years of experience in application architecture, design, and development in Java or .NET.
• 2+ years of experience in building presentations and communication at all organizational levels.
