About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and personable Technology Business & Service Manager to join the Information technology organization of NWM SI. In this role the primary responsible for the Business Management function is in support of the Technology group and the Head of Technology, managing deliverables associated with the team’s internal communications, regulatory and audit compliance and representation of Technology in cross functional forums and initiatives. The Technology Business & Service Manager will be responsible for Technology Service Governance and Delivery oversight for the execution of Technology goals and objectives including the delivery of one-off initiatives. Also responsible for technology updates, reporting to drive internal communications, briefings, presentations to regulators, and auditors.
