About the position

As a Technology Strategy Principal at Publicis Sapient, you will lead the strategic vision for the retail media network, utilizing advanced technologies to enhance consumer and advertiser experiences. This role involves overseeing network architecture, content delivery, monetization strategies, and performance optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for building and scaling the retail media network.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to the firm's thought leadership in retail media and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions leveraging retail media capabilities.
  • Conduct research and evaluation of emerging Ad Tech and platforms.
  • Define and implement effective monetization strategies to maximize revenue potential.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and advertisers.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to monitor and optimize network performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and implement security measures to protect consumer data.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of technical experts.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years in a strategic technology role focused on digital media, advertising, or retail industries.
  • Deep expertise in Retail Media Network, Ad Tech, DSP & SSP, and digital signage.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
