As a Teller I at First Financial, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently. This position is based in Mineral Wells, Texas, and is part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation. You will be responsible for adhering to all bank policies and procedures, prioritizing client demands, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Your ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues will be essential in upholding the bank's reputation for excellent service. In this role, you will participate in various training programs, including customer service training, and comply with regulations such as BSA and AML. You will also actively engage in the Customer Service First program, supporting the organization's values and following established policies. The position may require periodic travel to Abilene or other bank regions for training, and you may need to work Saturday and holiday hours depending on your branch's operational needs. The Teller I position is designed for self-starting team players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to handle frequent interruptions and work with minimal supervision. The role can be mentally and physically demanding, requiring you to stand for most of the day and lift or move heavy boxes or bags of currency and coin weighing up to 60 pounds. Flexibility in working hours is essential as business needs may require extended hours.
