About the position

As a Full Time Teller at PNC's Retail Branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and performing high-volume banking transactions. This position focuses on educating customers about banking products and technology while fostering strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and financial wellbeing. You will be based in Okeechobee, FL, and are expected to engage with customers actively to identify banking opportunities and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Educate customers on available financial alternatives and technology.
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch daily operations.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to leverage technology to assist customers.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
