Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their banking needs in a professional manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and cash checks for customers and non-customers.
• Handle cash transactions including buying and selling cash, change orders, and cash advances.
• Complete loan payments and issue cashier's checks.
• Utilize banking software and equipment such as currency counters and teller cash dispensers.
• Maintain cash drawer limits and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Participate in community service and bank-sponsored activities.
• Complete required training and comply with all banking regulations.
