As a Surface Experts Territory Manager, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. We are looking for someone who lives out our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver, and Trusting the Process. You will be responsible for on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups in a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc. You will also maintain and expand existing customer relationships by educating them on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations, validating customer satisfaction, and earning their trust. Additionally, you will work within a local sales team, documenting sales activities in CRM, reporting accurately, and brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities.
