Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business through B2B door-to-door cold calling
• Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity
• Selling and setting up new accounts while managing existing accounts
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills
• Integrating into the Fast Start Program for in-the-field training with upper management

Requirements

• 0-2 years of sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in business, marketing, or communication
• Involvement in campus activities, with athletic backgrounds highly recommended
• Naturally enthusiastic and energetic demeanor
• Polished and professional appearance
• Determined to be part of a winning team
• A strong desire to succeed
