About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Lindenmeyr Munroe is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. This role involves on-the-job training, learning the sales process, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the sales process through on-the-job training and assist your mentor in all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Research and develop prospective customers and markets to grow sales across diverse business segments.
  • Maintain business with existing accounts by developing quotes, analyzing sales and margin growth, and managing accounts receivable.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems, test products, demonstrate equipment, and provide samples when necessary.
  • Create and establish relationships by calling on prospective and current customers to develop new business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Strong motivation for sales, including finding and winning new business.
  • Ability to manage and develop existing accounts.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills with great follow-through.
  • Strategic, solutions-focused thinker with the ability to consider multiple avenues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
