Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and write programs in NI LabView
• Use common lab bench equipment (oscilloscope, voltmeter, power meter, spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer)
• Understand RF power amplifier testing and standard RF tests including S-Parameter measurements, IMD, Harmonics, Spurious Emissions, P1dB/P3dB, Gain Compression, Noise Figure, ACPR, NPR, and EVM
• Troubleshoot hardware and software and develop automated test solutions
• Utilize various software programs (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Visio)
• Lead all LabVIEW programming and developing responsibilities
• Act as Test System Architect for X, Ku, and Ka band products
• Develop engineering drawings and programming architecture
• Document functions with comments and VI description within program
• Standardize LabView modules for efficient programming
• Perform production and development tests to ensure specifications are met
• Maintain, train, and improve configurations for power amplifier design and production
• Provide technical feedback to project engineers and engineering design review teams
• Support Production group as a resident expert on ATE related topics.

Requirements

• Associates degree with 5+ years of direct work experience or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of direct work experience in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working with radio frequency or microwave products in the L, C, X, Ku, and Ka frequency bands
• Certified NI LabView developer certificate
• Strong project management experience and leadership skills.
