About the position

Bosch Rexroth Corporation seeks Test Engineer (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 8 South Chase Court, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Collaborate with key Test Team Personnel, local Engineering, Design Engineers, and Test Engineers across different locations is crucial. Develop comprehensive test procedures and Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R). Create detailed hydraulic schematics for test configurations. Schedule testing to optimize machine and personnel time, design specialized hardware, and coordinate fabrication are integral tasks. Manage the procurement and tracking of standard hardware, configure test bench control and data acquisition systems, conduct and monitor testing following established procedures, and generate detailed test reports with graphs and photo documentation are part of the responsibilities. Document any deviations from specified test procedures is a key aspect. Handle other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned, ensure timely addressing of safety and maintenance issues. Participate in presenting and discussing test results in front of both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer, Design Engineer, or other occupation involving the development of hydraulic components and systems.
  • Experience with hydraulic testing, pumps, motors and valves testing.
  • Experience in designs of hydraulic pumps, motors and valves.
  • Operation of various sensors and data acquisition equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
  • Ability to read and create hydraulic schematics.
  • Experience in creating detailed test reports.
  • Familiarity with NI DIAdem, IMC Devices, HBM MGCplus.
