About The Position

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Test Manager-Facets to lead testing efforts for various projects in a remote capacity. This role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. The Test Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies and enhance testing efficiency, particularly focusing on the Facets Enrollment, Claims, and Billing modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
• Strong experience in Agile Methodologies demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of Facets particularly in Enrollment, Claims, and Billing modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members to foster a positive team environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Implement Agile methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing of Facets Claims and Billing modules to identify and resolve defects.
• Knowledge on testing framework implementation on Azure Cloud.
• Familiarity with Test Automation Script and contribute to integrating the scripts into the overall DevOps CICD pipeline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on testing progress.
• Ensure all testing activities are documented and comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize expertise in Agile to adapt testing strategies to changing project needs.
• Monitor and report on testing progress identifying any risks or issues that may impact project timelines.
• Facilitate regular test reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve testing processes.
• Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and techniques to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Ensure the testing team is aligned with the overall project goals and objectives.
