About the position

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and execution of innovative products that bridge the gap between engineering and business. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that meet user and market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure the product delivers an excellent user experience.
  • Serve as Product Owner in Agile teams-manage backlog, prioritize features, and lead sprint planning and reviews.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on progress and priorities.
  • Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Create clear product documentation, specifications, and release notes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-6 years of experience in a product management role with a strong technical background
  • Proven experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments
  • Excellent understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, and analytics platforms

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in Fintech, SaaS, AI, Healthcare, or relevant domain
  • Background in software engineering or data science
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, or platform engineering concepts
