About the position

The Third Keyholder/Store Manager and Sales Associates positions at Adecco involve driving sales and managing team performance while delivering exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will lead and develop store personnel, while Sales Associates will assist customers and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and manage team performance to meet sales goals.
  • Lead, train, and develop store personnel to support professional growth.
  • Assist in all store operations including stock control, shipping/receiving, and merchandising.
  • Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Support loss prevention efforts and monitor for theft prevention.
  • Provide high-level customer service and assist customers with product selection.
  • Participate in store upkeep, product replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
