About the position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced TrackWise Consultant to join our team. The TrackWise Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of TrackWise software to support our business operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, design solutions, and deliver training to end-users. This role is critical in ensuring that the TrackWise system is tailored to meet the specific needs of our organization, enhancing our operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. The TrackWise Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for the TrackWise system configuration. This involves understanding the unique needs of various departments and translating those needs into actionable system configurations. The consultant will also be responsible for configuring and customizing the TrackWise software, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's operational workflows. In addition to configuration, the consultant will develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides to facilitate user understanding and system usability. Providing end-user training and support is a key aspect of this role, as it ensures that all users are proficient in utilizing the TrackWise system effectively. The consultant will also troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the TrackWise software, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Staying current on industry best practices and new features of TrackWise software is essential to provide the best solutions and support to the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a TrackWise Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of TrackWise software and its modules.
  • Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
