About the position

SAIC is seeking a cleared Training Analyst/Human Performance Technologist (TA/HPT) to support an Air Force initiative aimed at creating a new Undergraduate Combat Systems Operator Training (UCT) course. The responsibilities of the Training Analyst include reviewing and decomposing the existing UCT course structure, collecting and analyzing data from current and previous students and instructors, and validating training tasks to ensure they meet the necessary standards. The analyst will also identify gaps in the current training program and provide multiple courses of action (COAs) for a holistic update and redesign of the CSO training curriculum. This process is essential to ensure that the training provided is of the highest quality and that graduates are well-prepared for their roles in the Air Force. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
