About the position

This role provides an opportunity to gain hands on experience in training program development, compliance, and brand education working across both beverage-alcohol (bev-alc) and non-alc brands. Candidates must be available for all 11 weeks from May 19 – August 1, 2025. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The position is in-person two days per week at Enthuse Marketing, Hudson Yards, NYC, and remote three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop visually engaging content for educational programs, presentations, and marketing materials, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and educational objectives.
  • Develop templates and ensure all visuals reflect the company’s identity and values.
  • Assist in developing ideas for innovative storytelling during brainstorming sessions.
  • Attend and observe internal meetings and, under supervision, support the design, delivery, engagement, and/or evaluation of in-house learning initiatives.
  • Lead strategy, development, and implementation of team assessment of brand/category knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Facilitate learning and development for each hire, in partnership with field employees.
  • Provide feedback from live, virtual, written, and recorded training sessions.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be 21+ years of age.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for storytelling, brand development, and creating visual impact.
  • Interest in marketing, brand education, and talent development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
