About the position

The Training and Partnerships Intern will work closely with Training and Partnerships Specialist, Lucia Marin, to assist in the development and delivery of training sessions. This internship opportunity requires the intern to support partnership outreach efforts. This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in workforce development, training coordination, and partnership engagement within a non-profit setting.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership researching and outreach: Looking for new training opportunities within small businesses, schools, organizations, and others
  • Assist in designing and organizing info sessions

Requirements

  • Interest in workforce development and training coordination
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish language skills (not required, but preferred)
