About the position

Herzog Contracting Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Training Content Creator to join our team in St. Joseph, MO. This position plays a crucial role in promoting the company's leading reputation and culture through the development of digital training curriculum. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to write, edit, design, and organize content that is engaging and effective for our e-Learning courses. The role requires a strong focus on adhering to strict deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. In addition to content creation, the Training Content Creator will coordinate photography and videography needs, ensuring that all digital assets are properly inventoried and managed. This includes producing and assembling custom e-Learning courses that align with Herzog's culture and essential behaviors. Regular and consistent engagement with the company's culture is a requirement, as is punctuality and attendance. The position may also involve other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the training initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's leading reputation and culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams on the development of digital training curriculum including writing, editing, designing and organizing content.
• Coordinate photography and videography needs including digital asset inventory and management to produce and assemble custom e-Learning courses.
• Adhere to strict deadlines for multiple, simultaneous projects.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.

Requirements
