The Training Program Experience Manager will be responsible for enhancing and overseeing the training program experience across the brand, creating a suite of resources to support store-level Training Program Managers in helping program participants reach their fitness goals. This role will lead the creation and execution of training programs, both written and video resources, and live training events while contributing to the overall strategy and seamless delivery of these initiatives.
