Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst

About the position

At NIQ, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst to join our Finance Operations Center. As a vital part of our finance team, the Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst will ensure the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness in our transfer pricing operations, adhering to stringent service level agreements with various internal stakeholders. Directly reporting to the Transfer Pricing Manager in the Finance Operations Center, this role offers the opportunity to engage with complex transfer pricing compliance processes and support global transfer pricing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with finance organization to obtain and verify financial data
• Manage complex data sets and models
• Prepare legal entity profitability analyses to ensure transfer pricing policies are conducted consistent with arm's length standard
• Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for transfer pricing documentation
• Review benchmarking searches prepared by third party advisors
• Prepare, review and coordinate global documentation consistent with OECD TP Guidelines and local-country transfer pricing regulations
• Utilize Ryan software, SAP, OneSource and other tools to extract information for transfer pricing purposes
• Drive efficient utilization of software tools, processes and procedures for transfer pricing calculations and documentation
• Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for transfer pricing audit controversy
• Support transfer pricing team on international tax audit reviews
• Ensure the proper intercompany agreements are in place to support intercompany pricing arrangements
• Support ad hoc business and transfer pricing projects, as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years experience focused on Transfer Pricing
• Proficient with transfer pricing software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Understanding of OECD TP Guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex transfer pricing issues and compliance strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high standard of written and spoken English
• Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work under tight deadlines
