About the position

Ardurra is seeking a highly motivated Transportation Project Manager to join their growing team in the Northwest. This role involves participating in business development, collaborating with multi-disciplinary project teams, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations while enhancing the transportation experience within the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage existing staff, projects, professionals, and clients
• Prepare Construction Plans, Specifications, and Estimates for a variety of projects
• Work in a team environment on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects
• Manage and review plans including Roadway Sections, Erosion Control, and Traffic Control Plans
• Oversee the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications, and calculations
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Idaho and/or Washington PE required OR ability to obtain within six-months
• 8+ years' experience in Transportation Project Management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead existing staff and develop new staff as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual
