About the position
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and conducting inventory checks throughout the project duration. This role requires a strong understanding of construction operations and the ability to effectively delegate tasks and resolve on-site issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure safety on the job site.
- Conduct inventory checks throughout the project duration.
- Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project.
- Serve as the leader for all on-site safety initiatives.
- Foster good working relationships with all subcontractors involved in the project.
- Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads.
- Organize facilities and utilities.
Requirements
- Experience in Grocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, Restaurant, and/or Retail Ground Up or Tenant Improvement projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ProCore.
