About the position
The Traveling Visual Merchandiser for Furniture Mart USA is responsible for designing and creating visually appealing merchandise displays in furniture stores across Minnesota. This role involves collaborating with other visual merchandisers, replenishing showroom items, and participating in ongoing training to enhance skills and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Assist other Visual Merchandisers on various projects in Minnesota furniture stores
- Receive, replenish, and display showroom furniture and accessories
- Create new displays and design elements
- Participate in ongoing training
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs or more
- Associate's Degree in Visual Merchandising or related field, or equivalent experience as a Visual Merchandiser
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Interior design ability and creativity
