Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance in matters involving tribal organic documents, such as constitutions, ordinances, resolutions, and election procedures.
  • Conduct records management projects and maintain confidentiality of records and files.
  • Prepare training materials related to tribal governance, including enrollment and drafting of tribal ordinances.
  • Provide consultation and technical assistance to Tribes regarding their governmental and corporate functions.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Specialized experience in administering or managing program operations and activities related to tribal organic documents and government functions.
  • Education requirements include a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or a Master's degree with relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves
