About the position
U.S. Xpress is seeking dedicated CDL-A truck drivers for full-time positions in Reidsville, North Carolina. This role offers competitive pay of up to $70,000 annually, with a focus on providing great home time and a variety of freight options. Drivers will be responsible for operating newer equipment and may have opportunities for unloading and stop pay on dedicated accounts.
Responsibilities
- Operate a dedicated truck for U.S. Xpress.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight to designated locations.
- Maintain vehicle in good working condition and report any issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for deliveries.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience required.
- Must be 21 years or older.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with dry van trailers.
- Familiarity with dedicated routes.
