This full-time position offers a pay range of $20 to $26 per hour, with uncapped earning potential including base pay, profit share, and tips. We provide comprehensive training and coaching to help you develop new skills in customer service, sales, marketing, business operations, leadership, and more. You will be part of a professional, on-time service team with friendly, uniformed team members, and there are opportunities for advancement within our growing company. As a Truck Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service, driving to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items, and engaging in physical activity by lifting and removing items (with the ability to repeatedly lift more than 50lbs). We are looking for individuals who bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job, and who are eager to help others. - 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license.

- Clear and confident communication skills.
