Responsibilities
- Work on designing intuitive data visualizations and workflows to enhance user experiences across platforms
- Collaborate with various team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and to enhance the user experience
- Transform complex financial information into clear, user-friendly interactions, workflows, and visuals
- Create wireframes and prototypes and collaborate with developers to bring designs to life
- Utilize data insights and research to make informed design decisions that improve user satisfaction
- Contribute to maintaining consistent design standards in our design system
- Ensure accuracy and quality in your designs
- Use tools like Figma, Axure, Adobe CS, or similar for designing and prototyping
- Share ideas and learn from team members, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Show an eagerness to learn and develop your skills across various design disciplines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the financial services industry
- Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong research abilities to understand client needs
- Proficiency in design and ability to perform ad hoc financial calculations
- Proven experience in implementation of design concepts
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud for design tasks
- Experience in collaborating with different teams to achieve goals
- Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to create intuitive interfaces
- Ability to create prototypes for user testing
- High level of creativity in proposing design solutions
- Proficient in UI design and ability to translate user requirements into visuals
- Ability to derive insights from data visualization
- Proven track record to ensure quality in all deliverables
- Strong visual design skills
- Experience in data-driven decision making
