About the position

Haanpaa Martial Arts is seeking a Universal Team Member and Class Coordinator to support its growth in membership sales and client success. This part-time role involves engaging with clients of all ages, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the academy's outreach efforts. The position offers flexible hours and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment focused on martial arts and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and families to promote membership sales and appointments.
• Ensure daily operations follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide excellent customer service to foster a superior client experience.
• Participate in outreach events and share the academy's mission on social media.
• Assist in setting appointments and managing client relationships.

Requirements

• Some college education or college degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with diverse age demographics.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel.
• Basic skills in photo and video editing using Canva or similar tools.
