About the position

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing & Partnerships team. This individual will play a key role in shaping the future of Urban Outfitters, with a focus across women, men, and home categories. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Director, this role will help build and implement brand plans that grow the business while fostering deep, meaningful connections with our consumers. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, curious, and attuned to evolving consumer trends. They should have a strong understanding of the culture that defines creative trends and how it connects to the Urban Outfitters brand. This individual should have a solid grasp of the fashion and lifestyle landscape, be skilled at managing projects from inception to execution, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic brand plans aligned with the company's goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and digital teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Analyze market and consumer trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Managing asset development and distribution across multiple channels to ensure purposeful and choreographed storytelling.
  • Collaborate with external partners, brand partners, creators and vendors to deliver cohesive brand narratives across seasonality.
  • Partnering with the Analytics team to set KPIs, track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Partner closely with our Creative team to ensure concepts, journeys, and tactical deliverables are met and align with objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in brand marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related creative field
  • Demonstrated ability of developing go-to-market plans for brands
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture-someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation on complex business issues.
  • Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners.
  • Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
