About the position

The Agile Coach position is focused on guiding project teams in adopting agile best practices to enhance product delivery efficiency. The role involves coaching senior management to integrate agile principles into their leadership styles, leading workshops, and driving cultural change within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a long-term strategy for adopting agile best practices across the business.
• Coach senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down.
• Lead agile workshops for developer and functional teams, as well as for key stakeholders.
• Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization.
• Drive cultural change by championing agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience as an Agile Coach with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to coach senior management in agile practices.
• Experience leading workshops and training sessions on agile principles.
• Excellent communication skills to convey agile concepts across the organization.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience at Apple is preferred.
