Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide them with a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
• Assist patients in finding the services that meet their needs.
• Ensure patients are comfortable from the moment they arrive until they leave.
• Assist in all customer service related tasks including managing patient profiles, informing patients about rates and memberships, and processing payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
• Manage inventory and promote the company at events and on social media platforms.
