About the position

Kenvue is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager for Aveeno Body Activations and Communications. This role is pivotal in leading brand communications and new product introduction (NPI) strategies, ensuring effective execution and maximum impact in the marketplace. The Brand Manager will work collaboratively with various teams to drive brand growth and manage a team of two direct reports, focusing on national brand communications and shopper promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead two direct reports focused on national brand communications and NPI launch excellence.
• Develop and execute NPI launch strategy to ensure strong sell-in and POS results post-launch.
• Ensure the US brand growth team receives necessary assets from the Brand Development Team (BDT) and address any content gaps.
• Collaborate with Megabrand and Shopper teams to maximize support for key NPI launches.
• Input into retail and shopper toolkits developed by the BDT for excellent execution of physical availability best practices.
• Establish processes for claims development to ensure competitive and impactful messaging.
• Partner with Consumer Business Intelligence and Health of Business Analytics teams to inform pipeline strategy.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 8 years of prior professional experience is required.
• Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, marketing, brand management, or a related field is necessary.
• Previous experience managing people is required.
