Operational excellence is another key component, where the individual will explain operational functions, clarify departmental roles, and identify primary operational functions within the organization. The role also emphasizes partnership and collaboration, requiring the candidate to own project activities, support process updates, and demonstrate functional knowledge of the business unit.
