About the position

The position involves ensuring the maintenance of the area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures, providing member service, assisting with transactions, and safeguarding company assets. The role also includes training associates and complying with company standards of ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
  • Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
  • Assist members with transactions in the self-checkout area, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
  • Secure and safeguard company assets by observing potential criminal activity and executing emergency response procedures.
  • Train Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and new technology.
  • Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
  • Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to change.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register)
  • Experience working with mobile retail applications
