About the position

The Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, Facility role is responsible for driving the execution of business plans and projects within the organization. This position focuses on identifying customer and operational needs, developing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves supervising and developing associates, managing multiple projects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and diversity within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training and mentoring.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Manage multiple projects by defining scope, establishing deliverables, and tracking progress.
  • Manage content management initiatives and ensure alignment with content governance standards.
  • Analyze data to identify existing standards and processes, and develop improvement solutions.
  • Manage behavior change and process improvement programs by partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in the same fields.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training.
  • Project Management Certification or Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
