Responsibilities

• Directs and guides management and associates on customer service techniques.
• Ensures customer needs and complaints are resolved within company guidelines.
• Drives financial performance by managing budgeted sales and expenses.
• Participates in community outreach programs and represents the company.
• Sets standards for service levels and merchandise presentation.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
• Drives execution of business plans and projects by identifying needs and removing obstacles.
• Promotes company policies and ensures compliance with ethical standards.
• Evaluates effectiveness of current plans and programs.

Requirements

• 1 year of general management experience including financial accountability.
• 2 years of college education or equivalent experience in retail management.
• 1 year of experience supervising 10 associates/employees.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
• Experience supervising 20 or more direct reports.
