Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop management and hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance.
  • Uphold the Company's Open Door Policy by addressing Associate concerns and providing resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures by holding associates accountable and analyzing reports.
  • Initiate and participate in community outreach programs, representing the Company in the community.
  • Drive financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
  • Model and enforce proper customer service approaches to resolve customer needs and complaints.
  • Direct the management team in facility operations and communicate effectively with associates.
  • Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation and inventory management.

Requirements

  • 2 years of general management experience including financial accountability.
  • 2 years of experience supervising 20 or more associates, including performance management responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • Experience running a fresh or dry grocery area.
  • Supervising 50 or more associates with responsibilities for performance management.
