About the position

HawkEye 360 is seeking a USG Program Manager to join our Mission Management Team. Reporting to the Senior Director of USG Programs, the Program Manager will be responsible for the life-cycle success of one or more key programs with USG customers. As the USG Program Manager, your main responsibilities will be to ensure execution of your assigned program(s) program - the contract, schedule, statement of work, deliverables, and financial status. You will plan and execute a vision for building long-term relationships with your US government customers, including shaping and assisting in the capture of follow-on opportunities beyond the current contract. You will need to be deeply versed in HE360's technical capabilities and data and their specific mission value to your customer, and "roll up your sleeves" to do the hands-on work to ensure mission success. Additionally, you will ensure the long-term viability of your program by understanding and developing the US government requirements base related to your program via engagement from end-users to acquisition. Collaboration with Sales/BD in the capture of new business adjacent to existing programs and contracts is also essential. Building trust with US government counterparts and the contractors that support them, as well as developing and sustaining trusted, collaborative, and positive working relationships with internal colleagues, customer management, and other partners, will be key aspects of your role.

  • Ensure the long-term viability of your program by understanding and developing the US government requirements base.
  • Collaborate with Sales/BD in the capture of new business adjacent to existing programs and contracts.
  • Build trust with US government counterparts and the contractors that support them.
  • Build integrations of HE360 data into US government workflows.
  • Develop and sustain trusted, collaborative, and positive working relationships with internal colleagues, customer management, and other partners.
  • Collaborate internally to align internal technical roadmap to address customer requirements.
  • Reinforce by example the company's commitment to its core values.

Requirements

  • Proven critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, keen attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset.
  • A willingness to learn new skills, including RF technical characteristics and a variety of software tools necessary to ensure success of your assigned programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • A willingness to commit to 80% in-person work at some combination of HE360 offices, leased secure facilities, and customer sites.
  • A mix of technical, operational and programmatic wherewithal sufficient to own all program management processes.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other teams (internal and external) to understand, articulate, and adjudicate capabilities, requirements, competing demands, resource constraints, and near/medium/long-term priorities.
  • Exceptional writing skills (clear, concise, quick, and well organized) and be comfortable briefing complex material to senior audiences both in-person and virtually.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher and at least 10 years of combined USG operational or programmatic experience, preferably in a multi-INT setting.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
