About The Position

The Utility Program Development Manager will oversee the development of innovative utility programs that engage customers in energy-related initiatives. This role focuses on program development in clean transportation and advanced grid technologies, ensuring that programs align with customer needs and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 5 years of experience in program development.
• Experience in developing financial plans.
• Proficiency in MS Visio.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of the utility industry is preferred.
• Experience with utility customer service programs is preferred.
