About The Position

The Utility Technician at Ag Processing Inc. is responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, handling processing materials, and ensuring work areas are kept clean and organized. This role involves physical labor and provides training for advancement to a Material Handler position.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Communication Skills - Must speak, read, and write English.
• This work is physical, physical labor required (standing, walking, bending, pulling, lifting, stairs, etc.).
• Organizational skill set, prioritize, and handle multiple work assignments.
• Able to understand manufacturing standards and specifications (math skills helpful).
• Follow all safety rules and policy.
• Flexibility to work - days, nights, weekends, and OT (Peak periods).

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment, tank farms and outside work areas
• Handle any processing materials and supplies required of the operation
• Keep all areas free of water and trash
• Train to perform the Material Handler position
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
