The UX Designer will be responsible for guiding multiple concurrent projects through the end-to-end UX process. For each project, you must be able to determine and execute the best methods for user research, competitive analysis, research synthesis, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, visual design, interactive prototypes, usability testing, and data analysis. A mid-level or senior-level designer may be considered depending on the individual's strengths. This UX role will work closely with Agile scrum teams and must be able to establish positive working relationships with product owners, developers, and stakeholders. The UX Designer must advocate for each step in the UX process and the resources needed to achieve success. You must be able to work effectively with ambiguity, prioritizing tasks and making decisions with minimal oversight. Since we are a financial services organization, designs will include many financial details as well as tables and charts. The design style we are looking for prioritizes clarity over trendsetting. The UX role will also contribute to and help maintain the organization's design system. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that GuideStone's digital experiences are not only user-friendly but also meet industry standards for functionality, accessibility, and customer trust. If you have a passion for creating clear, user-centric designs in a financial services context, we invite you to apply.
