This UX Designer will be providing cutting-edge perspectives that will challenge current points of view on capabilities and operating model within customer experience group. We are open to someone who has worked in-house or at an agency and has effectively operated and used insights to execute tactical plans and bring them to life. To succeed in this role, you need to be hands-on with UX/UI, work closely with a partner/agency resources, engage with design peers, and partner with product owners, tech partners, and other subject matter experts.
