UX Designer

About the position

The UX Designer position is based in Atlanta, GA, and offers a hybrid work environment. The role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in User Experience Design, with a preference for candidates who have at least 4 years of UX design experience, particularly in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Candidates must have expertise in FIGMA and experience with Salesforce-centric programs. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements and designing user experiences that align with their vision. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and addressing usability and accessibility concerns. The UX Designer should be able to iterate designs efficiently, communicate design processes effectively, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience working as a User Experience Designer.
• 4 or more years of UX design experience.
• Expertise in FIGMA is a must.
• Experience in Salesforce-centric programs is a must.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
• Experience in conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and addressing usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to convey design processes and ideas.
