UX Product Designer

About the position

Collaborate with global UX team to design the next generation of public safety, including concept review, process evolution, and effort coordination. Work closely with experienced researchers to understand user needs and conduct usability testing. Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams, product managers and developers, to provide successful UX solutions and a seamless, engaging app experience to users. Develop detailed workflows and micro interactions for edge cases. Create reusable design elements from design library. Collaborate with development teams to answer queries and help understand design interactions to ensure efficient implementation. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

Requirements

• Masters degree + 1 year experience.
