About the position
As a Valet Parking Attendant at Soiree Valet Parking Service, Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional valet parking services at high-end special events. This position requires you to work as part of a team, ensuring that vehicles are parked efficiently and safely while delivering outstanding customer service to guests. Your responsibilities will include parking cars, directing traffic, and monitoring vehicles during events of various sizes. The role is primarily evening and weekend shifts, allowing for a flexible schedule where you can work as little as one day per week or up to a maximum of six days per week. To be successful in this role, you must maintain a clean motor vehicle report and present a neat, professional appearance. The position requires you to be at least 19 years old, possess a valid California Driver's License, and have a minimum of three years of driving experience. Additionally, you should have no visible tattoos or piercings, as this is a position that demands a polished image. Starting pay is competitive at $25 per hour, with the potential for guaranteed gratuities ranging from $5 to $15 per hour, plus cash tips that typically average $2 to $5 per hour. Shifts are mainly available in the San Francisco, Woodside, and Atherton areas, providing a dynamic work environment at various upscale events.
