About The Position

The Floor Supervisor at Vans is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for enhancing customer engagement and driving sales results. This role involves supervising the store team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. The Supervisor will also assist in achieving store sales goals and fostering a consumer-centric mindset among associates.

Requirements

• Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• 1+ years of experience in retail preferred but not required.
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
