About the position

The Vice President of Sales at City Wide Facility Solutions is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and management of the company's contracted facility services client base. This position requires dynamic leadership and sales skills to drive revenue growth, enhance client retention, and manage daily operations across various functional departments. The role also includes the opportunity for owner equity partnership, making it a unique opportunity for candidates with strong B2B sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and functional departments including sales, growth/prospecting, operations, finance, and human resources.
  • Implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve annual sales growth and client retention.
  • Maintain and manage the budget and forecast for City Wide Facility Solutions.
  • Analyze financial reporting on a monthly basis to maximize shareholder return.
  • Define and implement strategies to accelerate growth and build an effective sales team.
  • Establish and enforce policies that promote the company's culture and vision.
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and engagement.
  • Enhance financial performance by analyzing data and metrics for growth in facility maintenance services.
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Improve operational efficiencies to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead a high-performance team, including recruitment and retention of workforce.
  • Establish and monitor employee performance and development goals.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, policies, and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to sales prospecting and lead generation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, B2B sales, and operations.
  • Proven history of sales growth and desire to replicate success.
  • Experience leading an operations team.
  • Ability to lead and develop a sales workforce with accountability for results.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive leadership style.
  • Competency in strategic planning and business development in a growth model.
  • Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail.
